The maintenance cycle of a log loader mainly includes the following stages:
Daily maintenance: Perform routine inspections at least once a day, including cleaning the machine surface and wheels, checking the fluid levels of the cooling system and lubrication system to ensure that they are in normal condition; checking the pressure and damage of the tires, and the tightness of each component.
Weekly or every 50 to 100 hours maintenance: In addition to daily routine inspections, more in-depth maintenance is required. This includes replacing wearing parts such as hydraulic oil, fuel filters and oil filters; checking and adjusting the clearance of brakes and steering mechanisms; cleaning components such as radiators and air filters.
Maintenance every 500 hours: Perform a more comprehensive and in-depth maintenance. This includes replacing important oils such as transmission oil, hydraulic oil and engine oil; checking and replacing severely worn parts such as bearings, seals and gears; cleaning internal components such as fuel tanks and hydraulic oil tanks.
Maintenance every 1000 hours: Replace the transmission oil, clean the oil filter and oil pan, replace or clean the copper wire in the breathable cover; replace the engine's diesel filter; test various temperature gauges and pressure gauges; check the engine's operation; replace the filter element of the hydraulic oil tank.
Maintenance every 2000 hours: Replace the gear oil and hydraulic oil, clean the oil tank and filter; check the working condition of the foot brake and parking brake, and disassemble and check the wear of the friction plate if necessary; clean and check the brake booster seal and spring, replace the brake fluid, and check the sensitivity of the brake.
