The issue can typically be resolved by first topping up the system with the appropriate hydraulic fluid and replacing the filter element.
Q2: What causes the tractor to emit black smoke, lack power, and consume excessive diesel fuel while working?
A: In most cases, this is due to a clogged air filter restricting air intake, or a clogged diesel fuel filter disrupting the fuel supply. Replacing both the air filter and the diesel fuel filter-and ensuring you use standard-compliant diesel fuel-should resolve the issue.
Q3: If the wheels spin idly in muddy terrain and the tractor cannot move forward, how should the differential lock be used to avoid damaging the vehicle?
A: Engage the differential lock only when the tractor is moving in a straight line at low speed; disengage it immediately once the vehicle is no longer stuck. Never engage the differential lock while turning or driving on paved (concrete) roads, as doing so can easily damage the axle assembly. For general fieldwork in the fields, operate in four-wheel drive (4WD); when traveling on public roads, switch to two-wheel drive (2WD) to conserve fuel.
