Q: WHAT PAYMENT TERMS DO YOU ACCEPT?

A: Normally, we can work on T/T or L/C terms, and sometimes DP terms.

(1) On T/T terms, a 30% down payment is required in advance, with the remaining 70% due before shipment or against a copy of the original B/L for long-term collaborating clients.

(2) On the L/C term, a 100% irreversible L/C without "soft provisions" from an internationally known bank can be approved. Please consult with your sales manager.

Q: WHAT LOGISTICS METHODS CAN YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

A: We can export construction machinery using a variety of transportation methods.

(1) For 80 percent of our shipping. The machine will travel by sea to all important continents, including Africa. We offer container and RoRo/bulk shipping options to South America, the Middle East, the Ocean, and Southeast Asia.

(2) We can transfer equipment to China's inland neighbors, including Russia, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan, via road or train.

(3) For light spare parts in high demand, we can send them via overnight courier service such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or Fedex.
